Hi, I’m Naomi.

I’ve been exactly where you are.

Cystic acne, painful PMS, unpredictable cycles, recurring UTIs, anxiety, mood swings, fatigue, brain fog, random weight gain, body dysmorphia, digestive issues — if you can name it, I’ve probably experienced it.

On top of that, my period was heavy and irregular, and I had intense cramps every day.

I didn’t understand my symptoms at all — I’d never been taught about my cycle, hormones, or how they were all connected to my whole-body health.

I felt like my body hated me, and I hated it.

Every time I left the doctor, I felt unheard and hopeless. I couldn’t find any reliable information from any practitioners online.

I was tired, frustrated, and felt like there had to be answers to the problems I was feeling.

So I took matters into my own hands. I started deep-diving into the research behind what I was feeling and its root causes. I found answers that had always felt intuitive to me but had never been confirmed by anyone — until now.

I turned to functional nutrition and learned just how powerful the menstrual cycle is when it’s understood and supported properly.

I began to understand the link between my symptoms and my nutrition, lifestyle, and mindset. And guess what?

I finally started to heal my period symptoms — naturally.

My own health journey was often frustrating and isolating. I didn’t have the support I needed, so I wasted hours on research and fruitless trial and error. And you know what? Most of us don’t have time (or energy) for that.

That’s why I became the person that I so badly needed.

Now I help women heal their period symptoms, rebuild trust with their bodies, and finally feel empowered through their cycles.

Learning about my cycle changed my health — and my life — for the better.

As a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, my mission is to help women feel less alone, and show them that there are solutions to the problems they’ve learned to live with.

Crazy, right? My mind was blown when I first learned this too. Maybe you’re feeling excited about that fact, or maybe you’re even feeling a little skeptical.
